When both homes are booked together, we can accommodate a total of 30 guests.

For complete seclusion, look no further than Hart House. Located on 20 acres, you’ll start to experience the serenity of this romantic, European farmhouse property from the moment you enter the long quarter mile driveway. The 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home which features a luxurious outdoor pool & grill, fully-stocked kitchen, unique sleeping loft with gaming console, & a garage rec room sleeps up to 16 guests. Coming Jan of 2024.
Had the opportunity to stay here with a few of my closest friends and this place did not disappoint. The location is so perfect, placed right between Austin and San Antonio we were able to explore both cities and come back to a beautifully designed property with an amazing pool, and so many other amenities. The property manager was very responsive and so easy to work with, 10/10 would stay here again!
This place is a hidden gem! We stayed here over a long weekend and the secluded, private ranch was more than we could have imagined. The theme and styling of each room brought on a cozy “Welcome Home!” vibe. Great place for families to get together and enjoy the pool and patio grilling area. Lots of stuff to do on the property with multiple game rooms and is close to San Marcos for groceries or river fun. Ideal for hosting groups and entertaining loved ones! Would absolutely stay here again!
Twelve K Ranch was incredible! It was the perfect weekend getaway. From the beautiful landscape to the amazing pool, this rental has it all. If you like to cook, you will love the fully stocked kitchen! The host thought of everything. The location is great, close enough to the city, but far enough to feel secluded. The host was wonderful and quick to respond. We will absolutely stay here again!
Came in from Chicago and was looking for a spot between ATX and San Antonio, and took a chance on this place sight unseen.. it was better than I could have ever imagined. Late nights in the pool under the stars, tucked back listening to the sounds of nature… such a nice get away to refresh and recharge. Not too far from either city so fun play days were easy to do and get back before sun down. This place is seriously STUNNING. I will take any opportunity I can to get back to this place for a weekender with friends when I’m visiting.
This place is amazing! Very cozy, spacious, clean, beds are memory foam, sheets and comforter are so soft. It was perfect to celebrate our daughter’s graduation weekend! They even personalized the marquee with a special message and had a cute setup for our dog. The property is perfect for relaxing and hanging out. Definitely recommend!
The accommodations were superb. It was spacious & provided something for everyone. It was so nice to feel the outside open space. We enjoyed seeing the cows grazing in the pasture & the butterflies. We quickly “settled in” & headed for the fabulous pool. It was roomy & all of us thoroughly enjoyed its usefulness. The kitchen was well equipped, especially the Farberware Ceramic Griddle & Induction cooktop. Our family has stayed in different places & we mutually agreed this place was the best!
It was such a wonderful place to stay! Super comfortable beds, a beautiful pool, and sweet cows saying good morning. The hosts are amazing; very responsive and available to you if you need them.
Pictures do not do this place justice. Home was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We came to float the river but we decided that next time we take a trip we will stay at the house the entire weekend as there is so much to do! Pool, full grill area outside, game room, etc. our party of 12 had such a great time and the beds were so comfortable!! We cannot wait to book again!! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes you’ll need, plenty of towels, and they even provided toiletries! Highly recommend staying at the Pickett Place.

This place was amazing! I travel to a lot of Airbnb’s and this is by far the best one. The beds were comfortable, it looks better than the pictures, it was private, beautiful, and the extras were too many to mention. We had one little challenge, and not only did they answer immediately, they also sent us tiffs treats. I was frankly blown away by their service and care for us while we were there. We are already scheduling our next trip there because we enjoyed it so much. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
Beautiful, comfortable, lots to enjoy and occupy your time in this well thought out home with great amenities! We had a great time and the host were very friendly, kind and helpful!
This place was wow, just wow. We were apparently their first official guests and they really had everything that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, foil, salt and pepper, oil, glasses for mimosas! The drive on the way in was breathtaking also the cows and deer on the property. A beautiful area! We stayed with 4 other couples and did not have to fight over who’s room was who’s because every room was a great option, but we loooved getting to have the master. Check out process was easy just had to clean up and put dishes in dishwasher. Will be back again!
